Kids Club Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Kids Club Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Kids Club at Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children while delivering the high service standards expected by ultra‑luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Direct daily functions of the Kids Club, maintain cleanliness and weekly sanitisation of play equipment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring compliance with child‑supervision protocols.
• Activity Programming: Design and implement age‑appropriate recreational and educational programs that reflect local culture and brand creativity.
• Safety & Security: Enforce check‑in/out procedures, keep accurate attendance records and report hazards or injuries promptly.
• Guest Engagement: Interact warmly with children and parents, handling special requests, dietary restrictions and concerns proactively.
• Administrative Support: Manage inventory of toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort kids club; pre‑opening experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence and fluency in English; Arabic or Russian advantageous.
