Kids & Youth Club Entertainer

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an energetic and passionate Kids & Youth Club Entertainer to join its recreation and entertainment team. You will create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for children and teenagers, supporting the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead engaging activities for children and teenagers, including games, arts and crafts, workshops, themed experiences and recreational activities.
• Ensure the safety, well‑being and supervision of all young guests at all times.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, confidence and social interaction.
• Prepare activity spaces, equipment, materials and supplies before and after each session.
• Adapt activities to suit varying age groups, interests and abilities while maintaining high engagement levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety standards across all Kids and Youth Club facilities.
• Build positive relationships with children, teenagers and parents through professional and friendly communication.
• Support seasonal events, entertainment programmes and resort activations as required.
• Handle minor behavioural concerns calmly, professionally and respectfully.
• Collaborate closely with the recreation and entertainment teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children or teenagers in hospitality, recreation, education or entertainment settings.
• Ability to ensure safety, well‑being and supervision of young guests at all times.
• Strong communication skills to interact with parents, caregivers and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt activities to different age groups, interests and abilities.
