Kitchen Helper

About the role

The Kitchen Helper provides technical and practical support in the production department, assisting with daily preparation and production processes to ensure high‑quality final products. You will work closely with chefs and sous‑chefs across various stations such as chocolate, sweets, savory, and bakery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, measure, and prep raw ingredients for assigned production lines.
• Assist chefs with mixing, kneading, baking, molding chocolates, shaping and finishing products.
• Apply FIFO inventory management to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations following food safety regulations.
• Rotate between production stations as needed and support a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food production, commercial bakeries, pastry, or the chocolate industry.
• Ability to follow established standards and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
