KOL Marketing Specialist – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a KOL Marketing Specialist to lead influencer partnerships and campaigns in the Saudi Arabian market. The role involves shaping KOL strategies, managing cross‑platform influencer activities, and aligning content with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets and lead partnership negotiations.
• Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for Saudi Arabia, managing influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and other major social media channels.
• Create creative marketing and communication plans based on brand positioning and local market insights.
• Manage the end‑to‑end KOL campaign process, including content planning, production, publishing schedules, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness by analyzing engagement and conversion metrics.
• Provide data‑driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and cross‑functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 4 years of experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing with strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other major platforms.
• Strong localization and market insight, with deep understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, social media trends and the influencer ecosystem.
• Hands‑on marketing experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English (working language) and proficient in Arabic.
