KSA General Manager – SaaS / Technology

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our SaaS and technology business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, market share, and customer success while representing the company at senior level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Saudi business and execute the local business plan.
• Drive revenue, SaaS growth, market share, pay‑attach and product penetration.
• Improve customer retention, manage churn and increase customer value.
• Lead business development, market expansion and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at senior meetings, industry events and key engagements.
• Develop and manage the Saudi team to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor performance and provide updates and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in General Management, Commercial, Sales or Business Development.
• Strong track record in business growth, revenue generation and commercial performance.
• Experience in SaaS/Technology and commercial operations.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and strategic stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
