Laboratory Operations Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Laboratory Operations Manager will lead daily activities of a modern laboratory in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures safety, equipment reliability and high‑quality results while supporting the organization’s scientific objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all laboratory operations, guaranteeing compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and schedule maintenance of laboratory equipment to minimize downtime.
• Manage quality control programs to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop laboratory staff, coordinating workflows and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing laboratory operations.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to optimize workflows and manage resources effectively.
