Laundry & Kitchen Technician

About the role

As a Laundry & Kitchen Technician at SLS The Red Sea, you will ensure the smooth operation of the resort’s kitchen and laundry facilities. Working within the Engineering team, you will provide technical support that enables the Culinary, Laundry and Operations teams to deliver high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, dishwashers, refrigeration units and extraction systems.
• Maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, ironing machines and related systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair faults, leaks or abnormal performance before they affect operations.
• Carry out regular equipment inspections and document findings.
• Support safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance across all technical activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a hospitality environment and follow hygiene standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating with culinary and operations staff.
