Lead Anti-Fraud Officer

About the role

The Lead Anti-Fraud Officer independently drives governance, risk and compliance initiatives, acting as the subject‑matter expert for information security and regulatory domains within Tabby's fintech environment in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of information security policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for regulatory domains, interpreting requirements and translating them into control objectives.
• Execute enterprise information security risk assessments, maintain the risk register and lead business impact analysis for critical functions.
• Oversee compliance monitoring for CFFR, NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001 and PCI‑DSS, including gap analyses, treatment plans and audit coordination.
• Design and deliver security awareness programmes and maintain GRC metrics dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in information security governance, risk management or compliance, preferably in a regulated fintech or banking environment.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessment cycles, regulatory compliance programmes and audit coordination independently.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the CFFR framework.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and PCI‑DSS standards.
• Familiarity with NCA ECC and PDPL regulatory requirements.
