Lead Planner Turnaround

About the role

Air Products is seeking a Lead Planner Turnaround to drive the planning, coordination and execution of turnaround (TAR) projects across its Saudi Arabian assets, including SATORP, SASREF and the Jubail Industrial Gases Hub. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will ensure equipment integrity and plant reliability while keeping costs aligned with the asset management plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage TAR projects ranging from $5M to $50M and brownfield improvements up to $5M.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through scope definition, technical bid evaluation, execution and handover.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to create strategic execution plans that meet BHIG goals.
• Monitor progress, budgets and schedules using advanced project‑management tools.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and support BHIG’s zero‑injury objective.
• Negotiate contracts, resolve disputes and conduct post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in turnaround planning or project controls within industrial, oil & gas or petrochemical environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.
