Lead Specialist, Content and Media

About the role

MAADEN is seeking a Lead Specialist, Content and Media to drive the creation and management of content across all communication channels. Based at the Riyadh headquarters, you will ensure that all messaging aligns with the company’s brand, business priorities, and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content and media plans for traditional media, digital platforms, internal communications, public relations, and campaigns.
• Own and maintain website content, guaranteeing accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders and translate corporate priorities into engaging formats.
• Oversee external agencies and partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver high‑quality outputs on schedule.
• Review and refine content to maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Monitor content performance, provide insights, and recommend optimisations.
• Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines and internal governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in content, digital communications, or media roles.
• Proven experience managing website content and working with CMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
