Lead Specialist, Data & AI Delivery Management

About the role

Ma'aden, a major mining and metals company, is hiring a Lead Specialist for Data & Artificial Intelligence Delivery Management in Riyadh. The specialist turns Data & AI priorities into reliable, scalable results by managing delivery across business, technology and vendor workstreams, applying governance standards and supporting value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate approved objectives and scope into integrated delivery plans, defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies and accountabilities.
• Lead delivery across business, technology and vendor workstreams, using Agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches, including sprint planning, backlog coordination, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor schedule, scope, quality, cost, risks and issues.
• Apply delivery standards, stage gates and reporting requirements, and prepare decision materials for governance forums.
• Align stakeholders, resolve blockers and coordinate finance, procurement, architecture and technology inputs.
• Track measurable outcomes and support the move from pilot to production and enterprise scale-up.
• Capture lessons learned, improve delivery methods and coach contributors on governance and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
• 7-10 years of experience in project, program or technology delivery, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred: experience delivering data, analytics, AI or digital initiatives and coordinating vendors.
