Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions

About the role

Ma'aden, a major multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East, is hiring a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions in Riyadh. The role turns business needs into scalable, integrated technical solutions that deliver measurable results while staying aligned with enterprise architecture, operational needs and long-term strategy. It acts as a technical authority across complex initiatives, bridging business priorities, domain requirements and technology capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives, operational requirements and enterprise technology standards
• Define scalable architectures, integration patterns, data flows, interfaces, deployment approaches and non-functional requirements
• Guide delivery teams through implementation, testing, deployment and transition to operations, ensuring quality and resolving complex technical challenges
• Translate business priorities into practical solutions and shape scope, success measures, value hypotheses and roadmaps with stakeholders
• Enable integration across data, applications, OT, infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms, and resolve technical dependencies and design risks
• Build reusable solution patterns, standards and templates, evaluate emerging technologies and coach teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in technical solution design, digital delivery, engineering, applications, analytics, data or related environments
• Proven experience leading solution design and guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Experience across architecture, OT, IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and enterprise application environments
