Lead Talent Management Consultant – Implementation Lead

About the role

Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Lead Talent Management Consultant to design, implement and scale enterprise‑wide talent management frameworks and HR transformation initiatives. The role will translate strategic talent objectives into practical solutions that drive performance, succession and high‑potential development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of comprehensive talent management strategies, covering performance, potential, career development, succession and talent reviews.
• Develop and implement High‑Potential (HiPo) identification, assessment and acceleration programs, integrating them with succession pipelines.
• Create competency models, job families and career architecture aligned with future workforce needs.
• Design performance management frameworks and succession planning methodologies for critical roles.
• Drive HRIS Talent Management system implementations, translating business requirements into functional specifications and coordinating with technology teams and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management, HR transformation or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale talent frameworks and HRIS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
