Learning And Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes that help employees build their skills and achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers, employees and business leaders.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development programmes and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources and development programmes.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, logistics and communication.
• Work with managers to support employee development and career growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, training or a similar HR role.
• Experience in designing, coordinating and delivering training programmes.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Professional HR or L&D certification is preferred.
