Learning Area Manager – Fulfillment Center (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Learning Area Manager is a key member of Amazon's Fulfillment Center Operations Learning team, responsible for driving network‑wide learning initiatives and ensuring daily compliance. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and works in a fast‑paced consumer‑goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates, overseeing their deployment, productivity and growth.
• Partner closely with Operations to understand warehouse processes and deliver daily coaching to associates.
• Design, implement and facilitate training programs, orientation sessions and cross‑training for associates, managers and trainers.
• Act as a liaison with corporate learning functions to improve safety, quality, productivity and customer experience metrics.
• Analyze data to ensure compliance with weekly and daily learning objectives.

Required profile

• Saudi national (government regulation).
• Creative, hands‑on approach with strong analytical and data‑driven thinking.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion and influencing skills without formal authority.
• Ability to understand and translate warehouse operational needs into effective learning solutions.
• Strong execution skills to deliver daily coaching and support associate development.
