Learning Business Partner – Fulfillment Center (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Learning Business Partner to lead learning initiatives within a Saudi fulfillment center. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and measuring training programs that support safety, productivity, and leadership development for all associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end‑to‑end associate and leader training programs, from needs analysis to execution.
• Collaborate with regional MEATR teams to prioritize and deploy training at scale.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate training initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Identify and implement coaching solutions to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Ensure full safety compliance and conduct associate compliance audits.
• Analyze training data to recommend improvements for operations.
