Learning & Development Administrator – Human Capital

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to support the Human Capital function at Jumeirah Jabal Omar, a luxury hotel in the Holy City of Makkah. The role will coordinate training initiatives, maintain learning records and ensure compliance with mandatory development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, orientations and learning activities, handling scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking and material preparation.
• Maintain accurate Learning & Development records, training databases, attendance sheets and individual colleague training histories.
• Monitor mandatory training completion, follow up with departments and colleagues to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support the preparation and implementation of monthly and annual training calendars.
• Conduct and support training sessions and learning activities in line with Jumeirah standards.
• Assist with new‑colleague orientation, onboarding programmes, cross‑training and other development initiatives.
• Prepare Learning & Development reports, presentations, training statistics and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers and various departments to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR administration, training coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
