Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The House Hotel in Jeddah is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support the hotel’s strategic objectives and brand standards. You will work across all departments to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and lead end‑to‑end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Create and manage a structured training calendar covering technical, behavioural and leadership topics.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops and seminars for all hotel departments.
• Lead onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
• Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance data, refining programmes as needed.
• Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and content updates.
