About the role

The Learning & Development (L&D) Tamheer Trainee will support the L&D team in delivering training initiatives across the Saudi Arabia market. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in coordinating both virtual and classroom learning sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing training delivery materials and logistics.
• Organise virtual and classroom training sessions.
• Track learner progress, attendance and generate related reports.
• Support onboarding and employee development activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer program.
