About the role
The Learning & Development (L&D) Tamheer Trainee will support the L&D team in delivering training initiatives across the Saudi Arabia market. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in coordinating both virtual and classroom learning sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing training delivery materials and logistics.
- Organise virtual and classroom training sessions.
- Track learner progress, attendance and generate related reports.
- Support onboarding and employee development activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eligibility for the Tamheer program.
