Leasing Head - Warehousing & Logistics, KSA

About the role

A recruitment consultant is seeking a Leasing Head to oversee property leasing activities in the logistics, warehousing and distribution sector in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will head leasing for an entire region for a well-established global asset management firm that operates in the transport and distribution industry and manages a diverse portfolio of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth and optimisation opportunities in the logistics and warehousing industry.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property management and operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, performance metrics and market conditions.
• Take part in negotiations to secure favourable lease terms for both the company and tenants.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the property department.

Required profile

• Extensive leasing experience in the logistics and warehousing industry.
• A strong background in property management and a proven ability to manage leasing operations effectively.
