Legal Advisor – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

BinDawood Holding is looking for a qualified, business‑oriented Legal Advisor to join its Legal Department. The role provides legal support across the organisation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while enabling commercial, corporate and contractual activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements and legal documents.
• Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support corporate governance, compliance and risk‑management initiatives.
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities and government entities as required.
• Support legal projects and initiatives across various business functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial or contracts law.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory abilities.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a corporate legal department or supporting retail/FMCG/diversified business groups is a plus.
