Legal Advisor - Employment

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor – Employment to join our growing legal team and provide expert employment law support across the business in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and advise on employment contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Provide practical employment law advice to stakeholders at all levels and support resolution of employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations and terminations.
• Prepare legal assessments, case summaries and recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Draft employment agreements, official correspondence, legal reports and represent the company in labor court hearings and mediations.
• Monitor developments in Saudi labor legislation, update the team on emerging risks and support regional legal initiatives.

Required profile

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2‑3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment and labor laws.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and engage with senior leaders.
