About the role
Coordinates and provides review, administration and compliance activities for industrial, commercial and government contracts/subcontracts of smaller scope and complexity.
Key responsibilities
- Review proposed contract terms during solicitation, identify non‑standard clauses and recommend modifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and client or government representatives to resolve contract compliance questions.
- Prepare reports on contract spend and progress, conduct compliance reviews and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Assist with contract closure reviews and documentation.
Required profile
- Follows standardized instructions and procedures while working under direct supervision of senior contract administrators.
- Ensures work accuracy, adequacy, and adherence to established guidelines.
