Legal Advisor

About the role

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a Legal Advisor with strong drafting abilities in both Arabic and English. You will work on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical advice and supporting the firm’s daily legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Provide precise legal advice and recommendations for complex corporate and commercial transactions.
• Analyze and summarize complex legal documents, propose amendments, and ensure attention to detail.
• Support due diligence processes and assist with M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Manage legal workflow, develop work plans, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Draft legal articles and newsletters to support institutional knowledge and client communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia (LL.M preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputable law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in Arabic and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law, including cross‑border matters.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures.
