Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel based in Saudi Arabia to provide hands‑on legal support across corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and international matters. You will work closely with the business to identify legal risks and deliver practical, commercially focused advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support across a broad range of business activities.
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Support cross‑border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and EU.
• Independently manage routine legal matters and provide practical, business‑oriented advice.
• Identify complex, specialist, or jurisdiction‑specific legal issues requiring external expertise.
• Select, engage, and coordinate external legal counsel as needed.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to support business objectives while managing legal risks.
• Help develop and implement practical legal processes that support efficient business operations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, including hands‑on exposure to international and cross‑border matters involving the US, UK, and EU.
• Practical experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property law matters.
• Experience working with and coordinating external legal counsel.
• Fluent Russian and B2+ English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Business‑oriented, hands‑on approach with ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice.
