Legal Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Legal Manager will provide comprehensive legal support to SANY Saudi Arabia’s management and business units, ensuring compliance with Saudi commercial and corporate regulations. This role involves advising on contracts, transactions, and dispute resolution across the company’s operations in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters to management and business units.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Ensure company operations comply with Saudi laws, regulations and legal requirements.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Coordinate litigation, disputes and claims with external counsel as needed.
• Support commercial transactions, procurement, sales, leasing, employment and other business activities.
• Monitor changes in Saudi legislation and advise relevant departments on impacts.
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, templates and contract standards.
• Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers and consultants when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Proven experience in commercial, corporate or in‑house legal roles, preferably in a multinational or heavy‑equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial and corporate laws and regulations.
• Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation and legal risk management.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver practical legal solutions in a fast‑paced business setting.
