Legal Specialist

About the role

The Legal Specialist will join the Group’s Legal Team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. The role provides comprehensive legal support across the company’s operations, ensuring compliance and protecting the organization’s interests in a range of commercial and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance and related topics.
• Draft, review and negotiate investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint‑venture contracts, share sale documents and other commercial contracts.
• Support company incorporation, restructuring, constitutional amendments, ownership and capital changes, and corporate filings.
• Assist with legal aspects of investment companies, structures and funds.
• Prepare and review board and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, governance policies and other corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence and identify regulatory risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel and relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or Sharia.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm, holding company or investment firm.
• Professional legal qualification or licence in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Strong judgment, organizational ability and a business‑oriented approach.
• High level of professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Arabic (written and spoken), including legal drafting.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
