Litigation Lawyer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a well‑established legal practice in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong private‑practice experience and hands‑on exposure to commercial and civil disputes within the KSA legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of litigation and dispute‑resolution matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Develop case strategies, advise clients on legal risks and potential outcomes.
• Prepare and review pleadings, legal submissions, opinions, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct detailed legal research on Saudi laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, government authorities, experts and other relevant parties.
• Support negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure all court and procedural deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years post‑qualification experience in private practice with a reputable law firm.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to handle commercial and civil litigation and dispute‑resolution matters.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, court procedures and litigation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work directly with clients.
