Lobby Lounge Assistant Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Lobby Lounge Assistant Manager will ensure the outlet runs smoothly, uphold grooming standards, manage the Care Program and drive financial and service excellence for a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and overall appearance of staff at all times.
• Oversee daily operations, opening and closing checklists, and inventory control.
• Monitor financial performance, LQA and Forbes targets and cascade goals to the team.
• Handle guest complaints, security incidents and VIP requests professionally and report them promptly.
• Develop upselling strategies, set sales goals and create promotional events with the marketing department.
• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant team, assign KPIs and ensure continuous personal development.
• Prepare end‑of‑operation reports, including guest comments, sales data and feedback.
• Ensure equipment availability, outlet maintenance and compliance with safety and evacuation policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a 4‑ to 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service orientation and knowledge of food‑and‑beverage trends.
