Local Division HR Business Partner

About the role

The Local Division HR Business Partner supports the Service Division by aligning HR and workforce strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure the right talent, performance management, and compliance across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR and workforce strategies with business goals, including workforce planning and labor cost budgeting.
• Lead performance management activities, support managers with people reviews, coaching, and development plan execution.
• Drive talent management and organizational capability through recruitment, onboarding, training, competency development, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational changes, relocations, and workforce transitions while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Provide HR guidance, leadership coaching, international assignment support, and change‑management assistance during reorganizations, mergers, joint ventures, and other transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work with urgency, demonstrate care for employees, and influence managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
