Local SEO Account Manager for Client Success & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Local SEO Account Manager to lead client success and growth for a portfolio of local businesses. Based in Saudi Arabia and fully remote, you will be the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, strategy, and performance reporting while driving retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, set expectations, and ensure smooth service activation.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, handling communication, strategy discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase client value through additional SEO, advertising, or content services.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and work to minimize churn.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, project management, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of client strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with Local SEO fundamentals such as Google Business Profile, citations, and local rankings.
• Experience in account management, customer success, business development, or agency‑side client services.
• Sales‑oriented attitude with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
