Logistic Operations Specialist

About the role

The Logistic Operations Specialist ensures daily logistics activities run smoothly and in line with established procedures. This role acts as a central point of coordination among clients, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain high service quality and timely responses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure execution according to approved procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and response times.
• Address operational feedback and submit necessary recommendations.
• Prepare periodic operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
