About the role

The Logistic Operations Specialist ensures daily logistics activities run smoothly and in line with established procedures. This role acts as a central point of coordination among clients, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain high service quality and timely responses.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily operational activities and ensure execution according to approved procedures.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor service quality and response times.
Address operational feedback and submit necessary recommendations.
Prepare periodic operational reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
