Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Logistics Coordinator. The role centers on communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track cargo movement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Support customs clearance and ensure documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the logistics/warehouse management system.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally, following proper email and phone etiquette.
• Resolve logistics issues and delays promptly.
• Assist the warehouse team with documentation and coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding; international trade or customs experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong phone and email communication, attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
