Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics for materials, equipment, tools, and project supplies. The role ensures that all shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with project schedules and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including trucks, trailers, cranes, and other resources.
• Track shipments and ensure materials reach the site according to project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, GRNs, shipping documents, transport permits, and logistics records.
• Monitor vehicle movements, driver schedules, loading/unloading activities, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, site teams, procurement and warehouse teams.
• Arrange transportation for mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost‑effective transportation planning.
• Coordinate with customs/clearing agents for imported materials when applicable.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, site procedures, Saudi regulations and client specifications.
• Ability to resolve delivery delays, transportation issues and site access constraints.
• Excellent coordination skills with suppliers, transporters, warehouses and project teams.
• Experience in maintaining accurate logistics trackers and preparing status reports.
