Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate logistics, transportation, and material movement for multiple project sites. The role ensures timely delivery of materials, efficient use of resources, and smooth coordination between sites, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and in compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, site teams, suppliers, and transport providers to optimise logistics operations.
• Manage warehouse and storage activities, including material receipt, issuance, and inventory control.
• Track shipments, prepare delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics‑related delays or issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within construction or project‑based environments.
• Strong knowledge of transportation coordination, inventory control, and warehouse management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
