Logistics Procurement Manager

About the role

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead supplier relationships and drive end‑to‑end procurement activities across its global supply chain. The role focuses on cost optimisation, process digitisation, and close collaboration with operational teams to ensure a reliable and competitive logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate high‑quality suppliers, establishing evaluation frameworks for tiered management and performance assessment.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalisation, order fulfilment, and resolution of post‑sales issues.
• Monitor market price dynamics and develop procurement strategies to achieve annual cost‑reduction targets through centralised purchasing and framework agreements.
• Refine procurement workflows, implement standardised procedures and drive digital transformation of procurement systems.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver tailored procurement solutions and support broader business objectives.
