Logistics Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of associates to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth workflow within the AMET Operations warehouse. You will collaborate closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates to support workflow and meet production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Train and up‑skill new associates.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics.
• Analyze successes and failures against delivery and FC KPIs.
• Maintain schedules, hours, and SOP documentation.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Lead by example, model safe work behaviors, and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
