Loss Prevention Officer – Riyadh

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and security of guests, employees and assets at our property in Riyadh. You will patrol the premises, monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents, providing a secure environment for all.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and manage emergency situations.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and property information.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 kg unaided.
• Physical fitness to run, jog or move quickly in response to incidents.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training and certifications.
• Availability to work full‑time shifts, including nights and weekends.
