Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets across the property. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and strict access control to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documents.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, motivating, and coaching staff while upholding company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, handle guest interactions, and ensure quality service standards.

Required profile

• Strong ability to act swiftly in emergency situations and provide medical assistance.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail for safety inspections.
• Clear, professional communication with guests, employees, and authorities.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of proprietary information.
