Loyalty Program Manager

About the role

The Loyalty Programs Manager will develop, implement and manage the company’s loyalty programmes and customer‑engagement initiatives across residential communities and business operations. The role focuses on creating value‑added benefits, exclusive offers, rewards and lifestyle experiences for residents and customers while supporting overall commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously improve loyalty programmes, benefits, rewards and exclusive privileges for residents and customers.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with hospitality, retail, F&B, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle brands to secure exclusive offers and experiences.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance and other departments to ensure successful implementation of loyalty initiatives.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeted loyalty initiatives based on profiles, behaviour and engagement data.
• Monitor programme performance, participation, retention and utilisation metrics and produce regular reports for management.
• Manage the loyalty programme budget and ensure effective use of resources.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Customer Experience or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in loyalty programmes, customer experience, CRM, commercial or marketing roles.
• Proven track record of developing and managing loyalty programmes and strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Project‑management and execution capabilities.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, residential communities or luxury services is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
