About the role

The Concierge at Amaala Yacht Club delivers exceptional, personalized service to members and visitors, ensuring seamless luxury experiences on land and sea. This role blends hospitality excellence with deep local knowledge, supporting the club’s reputation for world‑class service and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, using their names to create a memorable first impression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest requests, reservations, and information about club amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Design and coordinate bespoke itineraries, including dining, transportation, leisure, and entertainment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and regional destinations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and solution‑oriented.
• Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and professionalism.
• Record guest preferences in the CRM system for future visits.
• Promote sustainability initiatives aligned with Red Sea Global’s brand standards.
• Coordinate external vendors such as chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport, and local guides while ensuring confidentiality.
• Uphold club policies, privacy standards, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel, luxury resort, or yacht club environment.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
