Luxury Hotel Sales Manager – Pre‑Opening

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation for Faena The Red Sea, a new ultra‑luxury resort launching in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build the hotel’s presence in the global luxury travel market during the pre‑opening and launch phases, targeting transient, corporate and group segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans for assigned territories and market segments.
• Proactively generate new business across transient, leisure, corporate, entertainment and group segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, preferred agencies, corporate travel buyers, family offices, concierge networks and lifestyle partners.
• Represent the property at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and networking events.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and site inspections to secure new business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to align pricing, promotions and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports and pipelines in Delphi/Salesforce CRM.
• Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in luxury hotel sales, preferably in a pre‑opening environment.
• Strong network within luxury travel advisory and corporate travel sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Delphi).
