Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment

About the role

Ground Equipment for Environmental Solutions (GEES) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its heavy‑equipment sales activities across Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing market strategies, managing a field sales team and driving new business opportunities in the heavy‑machinery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Lead, manage and monitor the sales team and field activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a customer database.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Monitor sales pipeline, performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Conduct market research, attend tenders, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven sales management experience in the heavy‑equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market with established customer relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience in B2B and field sales, including managing a sales team.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Engineering or technical background is preferred.
