Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator in Riyadh to supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners and support staff. The key objective is to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation of all facilities, maintaining high standards of maintenance, housekeeping and service delivery across the Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaners and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are carried out as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all Business Unit facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and documentation related to facility operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Full-time position, no remote work.
