About the role
Gathern is hiring a full-time CEO Planning and Excellence Specialist in Riyadh to support the CEO office. The role covers calendar management, meeting follow-up, documentation and reporting coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar.
- Track action items from CEO meetings.
- Maintain organized documentation for governance and reporting.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely reporting submissions.
- Ensure data accuracy and validation before reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, speaking and writing.
- Very well organized with strong attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and professional work ethics.
Required skills
- Proficient Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards).
- Proficient PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Proficient Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or dashboard tools.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
