Maintenance Manager – Technical / Construction Projects

About the role

Urban Builders is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead technical and construction‑project maintenance activities from start‑up to final handover. The role requires a strong on‑site presence, hands‑on supervision, and coordination with project teams, subcontractors and service providers to ensure all building systems are functional, clean and ready for client inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and technical tasks on the project site, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions with the Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevator, pool, fountain, irrigation, landscaping, and general maintenance works.
• Manage snagging and de‑snagging processes, post‑construction cleaning, deep cleaning and final handover preparations.
• Ensure all building systems, equipment and facilities are tested, functional and ready for client acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building maintenance and construction‑project support.
• Hands‑on site supervision capability with a strong practical approach.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
• Engineering degree not required; technical competence and practical experience are essential.
