Maintenance Site Manager – Railway Signalling

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager to lead a 24/7 technical team responsible for the signalling systems of the Makkah–Madinah High‑Speed Railway. The role ensures safety, reliability and performance while meeting contractual KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the site maintenance team and all technical activities across the assigned railway segment.
• Achieve contractual maintenance KPIs such as system availability, incident response, repair times and preventive‑maintenance completion.
• Plan, execute and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance safely and in line with approved procedures.
• Lead incident response, fault investigation, root‑cause analysis and implementation of mitigation measures.
• Manage site resources including spare parts, tools, equipment, logistics and maintain critical stock levels.
• Collaborate with Siemens teams, project managers, consortium partners and customers in coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical discipline.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi national preferred or valid Iqama).
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel between project sites.
