About the role

The Technician – P&M will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and safety of plant and machinery at the site. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance and support during breakdowns.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators and loaders.
Assist in breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical or hydraulic issues.
Follow safety procedures, OEM guidelines and EHS standards; report unsafe conditions or incidents.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records and coordinate spare parts requirements.
Collaborate with operators, site teams and vendors to ensure smooth equipment operation and maintain workshop housekeeping.
