Mall General Manager – Jeddah

About the role

Lead full‑scale operations, financial performance and tenant relations for a landmark shopping mall in Jeddah. The role focuses on operational excellence, revenue maximisation and delivering an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, annual budgeting, operating expense optimisation and drive NOI growth.
• Manage relationships with retail, F&B and anchor tenants, ensuring lease compliance, rent collection and high occupancy.
• Oversee MEP maintenance, housekeeping, crowd control and HSE protocols across the facility.
• Partner with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, events and increase visitor footfall.
• Maintain high service standards in common areas, amenities and parking facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi municipal, Baladiyah, Civil Defence and local commercial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in retail or property management, leading large‑scale malls with hundreds of tenants.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
